Promo rules
Updated 13 August 2026
The rules of the «Prize Wheel» promotional campaign (under 38-FZ «On Advertising») are created individually for each location and printed on its materials next to the QR code. This page explains how they work; the rules themselves live on the page of the specific location.
How the rules are formed
Each location has its own prize pool, dates and organiser, so the promo rules are formed for that specific location: the organiser’s legal name and INN, the campaign period, the prizes and how to claim one. A location owner may instead point to their own document.
The rules are open to the guest before they take part: they are linked in the footer of the wheel page and printed on the location’s materials (sticker, table tent, poster) next to the QR code.
General principles
- This is a promotional campaign with a guaranteed prize, not a lottery: every participant who meets the conditions gets a prize, and there is no fee to take part. Spinning the wheel only determines which prize, and is a presentational element of the campaign.
- A prize is given for the fact of a review with any rating (1 to 5 stars), not for a positive rating.
- Participation is voluntary; to claim a prize the guest shows a one-time code to a staff member.
- The campaign organiser is the location owner: they define the prizes and hand them over. get5stars only supplies the software and is not the organiser.
