Promo rules

The rules of the «Prize Wheel» promotional campaign are created individually for each location and printed on its materials next to the QR code.
How the rules are formed
Each location has its own prize pool, dates and organiser, so the promo rules are generated in the account area for that specific location: the prize list, the campaign period, the organiser’s details and how to claim a prize.
The finished rules are printed on the location’s materials (sticker, table tent, poster) together with the QR code, so the guest sees the terms before taking part.
General principles
- This is a promotional campaign with a guaranteed prize, not a lottery: the outcome is not random and every participant gets a prize.
- A prize is given for the fact of an honest review with any rating (1 to 5 stars), not for a positive rating.
- Participation is voluntary; to claim a prize the guest shows a one-time code to a staff member.
- The campaign organiser is the location owner; their details are stated in that location’s rules.
