Payment, access & refunds

Short and clear: how payment is taken, how and when the service turns on, and how to cancel and get a refund. Full terms are in the public offer.
Payment methods
Pay online by Visa, Mastercard, MIR card, or via T-Pay. Payments go through the secure JSC «TBank» internet acquiring (tbank.ru). Card details are entered on the bank’s page and are not passed to the Provider.
A fiscal receipt (54-FZ) is issued for each payment and sent to your email. The Provider is on the simplified tax system; no VAT is charged.
What you pay for
A subscription to get5stars features: Review monitoring (from ₽199/mo per card) and/or the Prize Wheel (from ₽490/mo per location). Current tariffs and term discounts are on the Pricing page. The first 14 days of each feature are free, no card.
When access turns on
Right after payment is confirmed, access to the feature opens automatically — usually within a few minutes. The service is digital: no physical delivery. It runs 24/7 and is available anywhere with Internet — across Russia and abroad.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel the subscription any time in the account area with one click. After cancellation the next charge is not made, and access remains until the end of the paid period.
Payment for an already-used period is non-refundable (the service was provided continuously). A refund for a paid but not-used period is available on request; money is returned to the same card within up to 10 business days.
